An Istrian house, as well as the passion of the owner for Istrian style, influenced the exterior design. By careful planning, the exterior on the slope is divided into three levels. The first level is like a hidden garden immersed in greenery and provides maximum privacy. The second level of the exterior is composed of the pool and summer kitchen space from which a view of the beautiful landscape of central Istria is preserved. Also, the third level is refined with traces of yellow, orange, and purple perennials which provide a true aesthetic summer experience. Easy maintenance allows for more enjoyment during the summer.
